I will cut to the chase and answer the question everyone is asking "How can I get it?". In order to unlock this permutation you have to earn an achievement which will not show up on any list you will find. That achievement is "Become a Bungie Employee". That’s right as of right now, this blazing helmet is only available to people that work for Bungie. Sorry!
