In honor of the Thanksgiving Day holiday, Sony Computer Entertainment America is giving thanks to all of its loyal fans by offering several of the best-selling PLAYSTATION 3 (PS3) downloadable titles at a limited-time promotional price of $4.99. Calling All Cars, Everyday Shooter, flOw, and PixelJunk Racers will be offered at the promotional price starting today, in a special PLAYSTATION Store update, until November 29, 2007.

Below are the details of the hit titles that are part of this promotion. For the full update on all of the new content coming to PLAYSTATION Store today, please visit PlayStation.blog (http://blog.us.playstation.com/).

  • Calling All Cars (Now $4.99; regularly $9.99):  Calling All Cars is a high-octane, fast-action game of cops ‘n’ robbers from the creative director of the Twisted Metal franchise and the original God of War, David Jaffe. Take on the role of a bounty hunter careening around a stylish cartoon world on the hunt for criminals on the loose. With more than 10 vehicles and four different levels to choose from, Calling All Cars combines demolition derby style action, crazy weapon pickups, humor, and a throwback to classic arcade games.
  • Everyday Shooter (Now $4.99; regularly $9.99): Developed solely by Jonathan Mak, Everyday Shooter won three awards at the Independent Gaming Festival at the 2007 Game Developers Conference. Unlike traditional arcade shooters, the sound effects in Everyday Shooter play in musical harmony with the game’s background music. Throughout Everyday Shooter’s album of games, typical arcade sounds of destruction are replaced with guitar riffs harmonizing over an all-guitar soundtrack.
  • flOw (Now $4.99; regularly $7.99):  flOw is a game about piloting an aquatic organism through a surreal biosphere where players consume other organisms, evolve, and dive into the abyss. You can play as one of 5 creatures, each in a unique environment. Lose yourself in the crisp “deep blue” in full HD at 1080p and 5.1 Surround Sound.
  • PixelJunk Racers (Now $4.99; regularly $6.99): PixelJunk Racers is an addictive slot car racing game that supports 1080p and features single player and multiplayer fun (up to 7 players simultaneously offline!). Intuitive controls, 32 different race modes, and online rankings will provide countless hours of racing mayhem.
